Hi, I am Kavita Chandola! I am a wellness enthusiast and a Certified Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner. Along with other spiritual modalities, I also practice Energy-Pulling and Transcendental Meditation® regularly. A Degree in Psychology and a questioning mind fuels my creative mind explore ways to keep my body and soul in a holistically happy zone!
I love getting my bars run from Kavita and her two beautiful daughters Sanjali and Trisha! The sessions instantly put me to deep sleep. That just refreshes and re-energises me and my body.

What is Guided Meditation?
Guided meditation is a process by which one or more participants meditate in response to the guidance provided by a trained teacher. I use combination of different techniques to initiate the meditation process, like- mindfulness, breathing, visualisation, energy pull and mantra meditation .
